Abstract

In August 2018, Kota Ternate of 0.28 percent deflation with consumer price index (CPI) of 136.71. While the Nationwide deflation amounted to 0.05 percent with consumer price index amounted to 134.07. From 82 city CPI, 30 cities suffered inflation and 52 city of deflation. The highest inflation occurred in the town of Tarakan of 0.62 percent, the town of Sorong of 0.51 percent. The highest deflation occurred in the town of Bau-Bau of 2.49 percent.
