Abstract

This publication contains a descriptive analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, needs data, and consumer satisfaction with data quality. Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs, and infographics. Some of the main indicators presented in these publications include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index Corruption (IPAK).
