Abstract

From 10 (Ten) provinces in the eastern region of Indonesia, the 2019 August NTP of July 2019 occurred an NTP increase in 6 (six) provinces where the largest increase occurred in Gorontalo of 1.24 percent. While the other 4 (four) provinces decreased NTP where the largest NTP decline occurred in the province of West Sulawesi at 0.85 percent.

Nationally the NTP experienced an increase from July 2019 to August 2019 i.e. from 102.63 to 103.22 or up by 0.58 percent.

In August 2019, the province of North Maluku experienced a rural inflation of 0.15 percent caused by the rise of the household consumption index in the entire production group.
