In November 2018, Ternate city experiencing inflation in five groups spending and deflation in two groups of expenses. Groups that are experiencing inflation, namely the food group so, drinks, smoking tobacco of 0.27 percent &; a group of clothing amounted to 0.15 percent; group health of 2.30 percent; the Group of education, recreational sport of 0.03 percent & and group transport, communications financial services & of 1.78 percent. The group that experienced deflation i.e. foodstuffs of 0.53 percent and the group housing, water, electricity, gas fuel & of 0.05 percent.
